Designed for professionals, particularly those working in the field of Early Music, Nova Tuner is a comprehensive and precise chromatic tuner that offers extensive temperament support.

Nova Tuner was created by Thomas Foster, a professional fortepianist and harpsichordist.

Main Features:

Sound Mode (reference pitch) and Auto Mode (detect pitch)
Clean and user-friendly interface

Capability to add/create new temperaments
Duplicate and edit built-in temperaments
Create profiles for quick pitch and temperament selection
A4 pitch detector to identify an instrument's pitch level swiftly
Quick access to common pitch levels: 392, 415, 430, and 440 Hz (customizable)
Four waveforms for audible notes: Sawtooth, Square, Triangle, Sine
No data collection or internet connection required

All tuner information (pitch level, temperament, etc.) clearly displayed on the main screen
Standard iOS appearance and simple controls
Easy-to-use adjustment buttons with a large and intuitive design (no complicated scroll wheels)
Light and dark mode options available
Supports both portrait and landscape orientations
Note names in English, German, and Neo-Latin (do, re, mi)

Temperaments:

Temperaments can be transposed
Add, duplicate, and edit temperaments seamlessly
Bookmark frequently used temperaments as favorites
Filter by favorited and custom temperaments
Search the entire list of temperaments by name or details (creator, type, year, etc.)
Hide unwanted temperaments from appearing in the list or search results

Detection range: A0 to C8
Reference tone: C2 to B7
Tuning modes: Sound, Auto, Auto with Sound Back
Calibration range: A4=300-500 Hz in 0.1 Hz increments
